Warranty Coverage & Periods
90 Days: All high-end metal gearbox BB AEGs and sniper rifles.
90 Days: All airsoft sights and scopes.
First Calendar Month: If your item develops a manufacturing fault within the first month of delivery, please contact us to arrange a replacement or repair.
Out of Warranty: If your order has passed its warranty period, please call us anyway. We will always do our best to help find a solution for you.
Return Policies & Conditions
7-Day Cooling-Off Period If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original, saleable condition, in undamaged original packaging, and with all supplied accessories.
Damaged goods must be reported with photographic evidence within this 7-day window and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
This policy excludes personalized items, customized/special orders, and face-to-face transactions.
30-Day Approval Guarantee You may return items within 30 days of delivery provided the goods have not been used or worn.
Items must be in their original, saleable condition, in undamaged original packaging, and with all supplied accessories.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of inspection.
Refunds granted outside the initial 7-day cooling-off period will be minus the delivery costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Standard delivery is free; therefore, we will not refund costs if you chose a more expensive expedited delivery option.
Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
General Return Process
Please contact us first to discuss the issue before sending anything back.
Include a copy of your original paperwork/packing slip and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Ensure your item is securely packaged and all surfaces are protected. We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred in transit back to us.
All returned items are thoroughly tested. If an item is found to be without fault, or if the fault falls under our exclusions list, the item will be returned to you, and you will be liable for the return postage charges.
Warranty Exclusions & Void Actions
Our warranty primarily covers the failure of long-life parts, such as motors.
What is NOT Covered:
Shipping costs for returning items back to us.
Accidental or negligent damage (dropping, hitting, throwing, dipping in mud, etc.).
Routine maintenance or lack of servicing.
High-wear components (hop rubbers, O-rings, pistons, gas magazines).
Externals such as stocks, bodies, rails, and sling points.
Parts becoming loose through regular use.
Actions That Will INVALIDATE Your Warranty:
Attempting DIY repairs, opening, or modifying the item in any way.
Repairs or upgrades not carried out by crawleyairsoftsupplies.com.
Using incorrect tools, such as ball-headed Allen keys, which can cause threading and serious damage to screws and nuts (including the quick-change spring release nut).
Using a Co2 capsule not designed for Co2 airsoft pistols or rifles.
Using sub-standard BBs (please ask for recommendations).
Using unapproved lubricants with airsoft weapons (never use WD40 & GT85).
Charging your battery for more than the recommended time, which also causes a fire hazard.
Using any gas other than 134a/144a or Abbey Predator Ultra in your Marui GBB.
Unauthorized Repairs: All returns are rigorously checked. If we find an item has been worked on, a refund will not be offered. We will quote you for a professional repair. If declined, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Batteries, Chargers & Included "Free" Items
Free Included Gifts Some manufacturers include free items in the box, such as batteries, chargers, slings, cleaning rods, and BBs. Because these are factory-supplied "free gifts," they are often of lower quality and lack modern safety features (like auto-shutoff).
We do not accept returns or offer warranties on batteries, chargers, speed loaders, slings, or BBs included as free items.
We highly recommend purchasing separate aftermarket batteries and chargers for better performance and safety.
Most Airsoft AEGs do NOT include a battery or charger unless explicitly stated. Check the product specifications for our recommended power sources.
Charging Requirements You must use the correct charger for your specific battery type. Do not use a Li-Po charger for a Ni-Mh battery, or vice versa. Please read all supplied instructions carefully, as we cannot accept returns for items damaged by incorrect charging.
Legal, Safety & General Terms
Imitation Firearms (Two-Tone)
It is strictly illegal to attempt to turn an Imitation Firearm (Two-Tone or clear plastic) into a Realistic Imitation Firearm.
Without a legal defense, doing so is punishable by up to a year in prison, a £5000 fine, or both. Do not ask us for advice on this; without a defense, we may refuse you service.
Please note that the required Two-Tone paint spraying is not a high-end custom finish. Small imperfections, wear, or chipping over time are unavoidable and not classified as faults.
Safety Responsibility Airsoft replicas are built to last but are ultimately toys, not real firearms. They must be treated with care. Some items we sell are dangerous, and it is entirely your responsibility to use them safely and within the law. We take no responsibility for the negligent or dangerous use of any of our products.
Product Specifications & Jurisdiction All information is correct at the time of listing. In rare cases, manufacturers may change specifications without informing us. If an item is not supplied as stated, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue. Finally, English law governs these conditions of use, and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
